(Note: If mounting the box to a living tree, which is not recommended, do not over tighten screws for as the tree grows it will push against the box and eventfully split the wood or push out the screws. It is best to loosen the screws a bit each year when doing annual maintenance. )
No glue or brad nails used on the nest boxes.
